First, we would like to say Thank You to all of our customers for bearing with us through this time. We have been slammed the last few months, so thank you for your patience as we try to serve each and every one of you. Yes, we are busy, but we still want to take care of our customers the best we can! We have had to cut some of our hours so that our employees can have a day of rest. Most of the guys have been pulling 9-10 hour days just to keep up.
Until further notice our hours at this time are:
Tuesday - Friday 11am - 6pm
Saturday 10am - 5pm
Sun/Monday Closed
We are encountering a time like we've never seen before. We are selling bikes before we can even stock them. We know everyone is looking for a compliant way to get outside and keep everyone as healthy and happy as possible, especially families with young children at home. Unfortunately, many entry level and kids bikes are unavailable and will continue to be unavailable until the summer months. Still, please check with us as some may be coming available on our back order list. We are trying our hardest to find the best bike options for everyone. We want everyone to be able get out and ride!
We have also been inundated with service requests. Riders are pulling their old bikes out of the garage and wanting to get them fixed to ride. Like most of the nation right now, service times are backed up. We are running about 2 weeks out for service. We are not just seeing a ton of service bikes, the problem is basic bike parts like tubes, kickstands, chains and other accessories are becoming unavailable as well. We are also seeing longer lead times to get our parts shipped from our vendors. We are trying our best to bring in the parts needed to repair your bikes.
Since Phase 2 has happened, we have made some changes to they way we will conduct business and interactions with our customers. We are implementing the following strategies and protocols to protect our customers and employees.
Entry — We are allowing 3 customers/couples in the store at one time. Please peek your head in to see how many people are in the store or wait by the door until an associate comes to help you.
Sanitization — Before a bike comes inside the store, staff will sanitize the contact surfaces on the bike.
Distance — Bikes can be left at a bike rack outside and customers will be asked to step away before bike shop staff come out to sanitize. We also have markers on the floor to help maintain distancing.
Payment — To minimize contact, we can have you pay over the phone with your credit card or if you like you may come in and pay.
We are not requiring masks to be worn, but if you want to wear yours, feel free to!
We have hand sanitizer and gloves available to use for test rides and such.
We are here to help and will do what we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you need to schedule an appointment or if you have any questions regarding bikes, parts or service please call 541-923-5650 or email us at service@trinitybikes.com.
