Service is simple: no appointment is needed. Just bring your bike in during business hours and we'll place it in our service queue. Our goal is to complete most tune-ups and repairs within 48 hours, though turnaround times may vary due to parts availability, warranty claims, suspension service, or the complexity of the repair.

We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Due to safety guidelines, batteries of any electric bike brand not sold by Trinity Bikes or equipped with drive systems from trusted manufacturers like Shimano, Bosch, Brose, Fazua and TQ must be removed from the bicycle prior to dropping off your bike.

Service of any bicycle, traditional or electric may be limited by parts availability and sufficient manufacturer support.
