Service is simple: no appointment is needed. Just bring your bike in during business hours and we'll place it in our service queue. Our goal is to complete most tune-ups and repairs within 48 hours, though turnaround times may vary due to parts availability, warranty claims, suspension service, or the complexity of the repair.

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Road/MTB Hardtail

A complete overhaul of your bicycle: stripped down to the frame, cleaned, lubed and tuned to perfection.

Your bike gets the works. We remove every part for a deep clean and inspection, then assemble it back together like new. If you put some serious miles on your bike then this one is for you.

Level 3 Tune Road:

Level 3 Tune is everything from Level 2 plus:

Complete disassembly of bike down to the bare frame
Full, detailed cleaning of all parts
Overhaul and replace all bearings*
Brake system flush (hyd brakes only)
Replace all cables and housing*
Replace handlebar tape*

Level 3 Tune MTB Hardtail:

Due to safety guidelines, batteries of any electric bike brand not sold by Trinity Bikes or equipped with drive systems from trusted manufacturers like Shimano, Bosch, Brose, Fazua and TQ must be removed from the bicycle prior to dropping off your bike.

Service of any bicycle, traditional or electric may be limited by parts availability and sufficient manufacturer support.

No appointment is required for service. Simply bring your bike in during business hours and we'll place it in our service queue.

Service is performed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our goal is to complete most tune-ups and repairs within 48 hours.

Repair times may vary depending on parts availability, warranty claims, suspension service, specialty repairs, or seasonal demand.

Trinity Bikes does not provide repair estimates by phone, email, or chat. Please bring your bike to the shop for an evaluation and estimate.
